AI as a Practical & Ethical Tool for Youth Work

This webinar invited participants to critically explore how artificial intelligence can support youth work without undermining its relational, ethical, and value-based foundations. Dejan Ačanski first reflected on the everyday tasks that consume most of youth workers time and energy such as planning activities, administration, reporting, communication, and follow-up and examined where AI could meaningfully reduce workload while preserving human connection as the core of youth work practice.
