Digital Horizons explore and enhance digital youth work in Slovenia and Turkey.
Through education and the exchange of practices, we support educators in smartly integrating digital tools into learning - to boost young people’s learning and make in-person exchanges more engaging.
The project is designed for trainers, teachers, educators, and youth workers who are already using digital tools or wish to incorporate them into their work. We equip them with the knowledge and practical skills needed to make digital learning more effective, accessible, and meaningful.
Digital Horizons project goals:
- To map digital youth work in Slovenia and Turkey, focusing on learning methods used in training.
- Create methodologies for incorporating digital tools into existing youth learning programs and strengthening international projects with a digital dimension.
- Improve trainer’s competencies.
- Promote knowledge exchange and collaboration among trainers and organizations in both countries.
- Develop a library of useful materials on digital youth work and methodologies to improve the quality of youth work.
