With this project we are developing three thematic sets of reflection cards: Let’s Talk, Let’s Act and Let’s Reflect. Designed to support structured work in communication, participation, and self-reflection!
We are also creating a range of digital resources, including online materials, manuals, and video guides, ensuring the tool remains accessible and relevant in the long term. To strengthen its impact, we will also train at least 20 trainers and youth workers, expanding knowledge and building capacity for effective use of the cards.
Talk, Act, Reflect project goals:
- Strengthening communication skills and dialogue, enabling young people to develop clear expression of opinions, active listening, and argumentation, while youth workers gain tools for facilitating dialogue and managing group dynamics.
- Promoting active citizenship and taking responsibility, allowing young people to develop competences for independent action and to overcome uninterested behaviour and feelings of powerlessness in decision-making.
- Supporting community development through youth-led actions, within which 15 local projects will be implemented under the leadership of young people and in cooperation with local stakeholders.
- Improving the quality of youth work and non-formal education by training 20 youth workers in innovative methods and developing a sustainable tool, namely reflection cards.
- Increasing youth participation by engaging them in practical activities that encourage involvement in decision-making processes, volunteering, and co-creating society.
